For e-KYC

e-KYC service is a service exclusively for customers/partners of SCRL only. It is not a product for providing services to outsiders or persons who are not customers or partners or the general public. Rather, it is a product provided for internal use by SCRL to indicate the project or the customer using the service. is registered as a user and uses an electronic signature The issuance of the certificate is only a public notification, as crypto wallets cannot be used as electronic signatures in accordance with the law and regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to use such services in order to be able to verify one's identity in order to prevent crimes or identity fraud.

SCRL uses a third party API. SCRL is not a business providing authentication services (as defined under Thai law).

บริการ e-KYC เป็นบริการเฉพาะสำหรับลูกค้า/พันธมิตร ของ SCRL เท่านั้น มิได้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับให้บริการต่อบุคคลภายนอกหรือบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่ลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้าหรือบุคคลทั่วไป แต่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งจัดไว้ให้สำหรับใช้ภายในกิจการของ SCRL เพื่อบ่งบอกว่าโครงการดังกล่าวหรือลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการ ได้รับการลงทะเบียนในฐานะผู้ใช้และเป็นการใช้ลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การออกใบรับรองเป็นเพียงการแจ้งให้ทราบสู่สาธารณะ เนื่องจากว่า crypto wallet ไม่สามารถใช้เป็นลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ได้รับการยืนยันได้ตามกฎหมาย และเพื่อเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด จึงจำเป็นต้องใช้บริการดังกล่าวเพื่อให้สามารถพิสูจน์ทราบตัวตนได้ และเพื่อป้องกันอาชญากรรมทางการเงินหรือการปลอมแปลงตัวตน

และ KYC Certificate ออกให้เพื่อประกาศให้ทราบว่าโครงการหรือลูกค้าของเรานั้นได้มีการตรวจสอบตัวตนแล้ว เพื่อให้เป็นการทราบต่อสาธารณะและใช้เป็นหลักฐานทางกฎหมาย หากบุคคลที่อยู่เบื้องหลังของ wallet address ดังกล่าวนำ wallet address ไปใช้ในการทำธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่ออาชญากรรม

SCRL ใช้บริการบุคคลที่ 3 ซึ่งเป็น third party api ซึ่ง SCRL ไม่ใช่ธุรกิจที่ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับระบบพิสูจน์ตัวตน(ตามนิยามภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย)
และไม่ได้ให้บริการต่อบุคคลภายนอกหรือสาธารณะ บริการดังกล่าวเฉพาะลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้าของ SCRL เท่านั้น และเพื่อเป็นไปตามมาตรการการควบคุมและกำกับดูแลการป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน หรือการสนับสนุนการเงินต่อการก่อการร้ายและการแพร่ขยายอาวุธที่มีอานุภาพทำลายล้างสูง (AML/CTF/CPF/OFAC) ฯลฯ เราจะไม่ให้บริการต่อบุคคลที่อยู่ใน sanction list ใดๆ และอาจสามารถยกเลิกการให้บริการดังกล่าวต่อบุคคลดังกล่าวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า เพิกถอน KYC Certificate หรือ รายงานข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังหน่วยงานบังคับใช้ตามกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด หรือ สามารถเปิดเผยรายละเอียดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต่อสาธารณะโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบ (ตามสัญญาการให้บริการ KYC เรามีสิทธิ์อย่างถูกต้องที่จะเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสู่สาธารณะหรือต่อหน่วยงานบังคับใช้ทางกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ หากพบว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวได้ก่ออาชญากรรมด้วย Crypto Wallet ดังกล่าว)
